As a therapist, my main mission during your session is to make you feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. In the beginning you will fill out an intake form which includes general health questions and contact information. This process is essential to rule out any contraindication for the massage and plan the right kind of massage for you.

You will be informed about all the strokes that will be given before your session. Your body will be draped at all times, expect the part being massaged. The work normally includes the back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, and neck. Client privacy and comfort will be preserved and respected all the times.
